9-Week Nutrition & Performance Programme Proposal

This proposal outlines a comprehensive nine-week Nutrition & Performance Programme designed to educate, engage and empower athletes to optimise their health, performance and recovery. The programme integrates evidence-based nutrition education, hands-on cooking and hydration workshops, a physiotherapist-led injury-prevention session and a Sports Mental Performance Coach module focused on developing authentic confidence, resilience and effective stress- and pressure-management techniques. Together, these elements deliver the ultimate holistic athlete-development experience.

Programme Overview

  • 7 × 1-hour weekly workshops delivered by an Accredited Nutritionist
  • 16 hours of professional programme design including slides and handouts
  • Hands-on cooking & hydration workshop with all food and ingredients supplied by me or by your school or club (price may vary accordingly)
  • 1 × 1-hour Physiotherapist-led session on injury prevention and being game-ready
  • 1 × 1-hour Mental Performance Coach session led by Qualified Sports Psychologist and Master NLP Practitioner Callan McKinnon
