Her philosophy focuses on the connection between mind, body and performance, helping each individual fuel effectively, recover well and perform at their best.
Tanya has been working in the health profession for over 20 years, beginning her career as a Registered Nurse after completing a Bachelor of Nursing. Her passion for human performance, recovery, and wellbeing led her to further studies, completing an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Science and a Diploma in Remedial Massage.
Today, Tanya is a highly experienced Nutritionist, Lecturer in Science and Sports Nutrition, Clinical Supervisor, and Remedial Massage and Injury Practitioner. She has extensive experience working one-on-one with athletes and clients, specialising in high-performance sports nutrition, injury management, recovery, hormone health, and weight optimisation.
